JobSearchOpsCenter owns the content, software, branding, designs, tool names, and proprietary methods that make up the platform, including ARS™ and related JobSearchOpsCenter materials. These materials may not be copied, redistributed, or used without permission except as permitted by law.
You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you provide to JobSearchOpsCenter. By submitting content to the platform, you allow JobSearchOpsCenter to process, store, and use that content as necessary to provide and improve the services described on the platform.
4. Limitation of Liability
JobSearchOpsCenter aims to provide accurate, useful, and explainable assessments and guidance, but we do not guarantee that any score, finding, recommendation, or other output will produce a particular result. You remain responsible for decisions you make about your resume, applications, job search, and employment.
JobSearchOpsCenter does not control and is not responsible for the actions, decisions, availability, or operation of employers, recruiters, hiring platforms, applicant tracking systems, or other third-party services.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page. Your continued use of JobSearchOpsCenter after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Accounts and Access
