No. You can use ATS Diagnostic and review the free Job Decoder results without an account. Create a free account to save results in your OpsCenter and receive one complete Docent scan. An account is required for Job Decoder+ and additional Docent access.
Is Docent a subscription?
No. Docent access is available for 1, 7, 30, or 90 days through a one-time purchase. Plans do not renew automatically.
Can I upgrade an active plan?
Yes. When you upgrade before your current access period ends, the full amount paid for the active plan is credited toward the new plan.
Can I access my saved results after paid access ends?
Yes. Your OpsCenter account remains free, and your saved results, scan history, and available dashboard information remain accessible. Paid access controls continued use of Job Decoder+ or Docent, not access to information already saved in your account.
What does the Docent assessment represent?
Docent evaluates ATS readability, alignment with the target job, and Recruiter Readiness through ARS™, the Application Readiness System. Its scores and findings are transparent readiness measures—not predictions of how every employer, hiring system, or recruiter will make a decision.
